Step-by-step guide to the application process
Step 1: Submit your application
Complete our online application form with your personal, academic and course details. This helps our admissions team understand your background, your chosen programme and the support you may need during the application process.

- Upload any required supporting information if requested
- Submit your form for review by the admissions team
Step 2: Pre-interview and document review
Once we receive your application, our admissions team will review your details and contact you to discuss the next steps. Depending on the course you are applying for, this may include a pre-interview or an initial conversation to better understand your goals, suitability and academic background.
At this stage, we may also request supporting documents such as academic transcripts, identification documents or English language evidence where relevant.
Step 3: Finalising your offer
If your application is successful, you will receive an offer from GBS Dubai. This may be unconditional or subject to specific requirements being met, such as submitting additional documents or confirming qualifications.
Your offer letter will outline the next steps, important deadlines and any conditions you need to complete before securing your place.
Step 4: Confirm your place
To confirm your place, you will need to accept your offer and complete any remaining admissions requirements. This may include paying a deposit, submitting final documents or completing any enrolment-related formalities before the start of your course.

Application Deadlines
Applications close four to six weeks before the intake start date. Early application is recommended for visa processing.
