Dr. Sneha Racheal Samuel Kutty

Dr. Sneha Racheal, holds a Ph.D. in Business Management & Business Administration and an MBA in HR, with an Equivalency Certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education. She has over a decade of teaching experience in HR and General Management across leading institutions in the UAE and India, teaching courses in AACSB-accredited universities. Her expertise spans Strategic HRM, Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, Change Management, and Business Ethics. She has published 22 research papers, including six indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, and serves as a reviewer for academic journals. Her current research focuses on AI-powered HR tools in enhancing fairness, diversity, and decision-making in organizations.
