Dr. Kavita is an innovative and dedicated Business Lecturer with 16 years of experience in Classroom Management, Content and Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, and Assessment. She has been awarded the high distinction of “Certified Psychometric Test Professional” by Carlton, USA and recently received MCIPD international certification.Along with mentorship appointment of GBS UK, Dr. Kavita has an impressive portfolio of research papers and has published three books, which can be found on the online portal of Amazon.
